SBP's Rally and Discussion Forum highlighted safer medicines, patient safety, rational use of medicines, antimicrobial resistance, graduate-pharmacist participation in healthcare and the broader role of pharmacists in strengthening Bangladesh's health system.
The event programme named Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi Ahmed as Chief Guest and included invited academic, professional and public figures. University units also marked World Pharmacists Day through local activities.
